At BABOON TO THE MOON, we want you to love your adventure-ready gear, but we understand if things don't work out. We offer a 30-day return window for all unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate the Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items back in their original box or mailer, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
